Fantastic service & nice atmosphere. Generous portions! The bulgogi is so much better here than by my house, that I'll drive the 15 miles to come here instead of 1/2 a mile to the by me! I'll definitely be back.

Dine-in with a group of 7. It was a bit slow to get an order at first, but the service was very friendly. I, for one, had a good time here and left full and pleased. I got the Signature combo plate (6 wings 3 drumsticks) and the half half sauce (half soy garlic, half spicy) and I loved it. It was just the right amount of spicy for me, none of mine was overcooked (or undercooked) but was just right, and I personally loved the texture of the double fried chicken. If I had any complaint, it was that I couldn't substitute the included pickled radish side for a side of steamed rice, so I just bought that extra 2.50) and a friend took the radishes. That inability to substitute for rice may be a rule that comes down from corporate and is not the decision of this restaurant. Regardless of why, I left full and happy.

Really delicious food and the service is fantastic. Attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Dined in here a couple days ago and it was amazing!! Love the atmosphere of this place and the service was awesome and staff is very attentive. The chicken wings are fried to perfection and super crunchy, the soy garlic sauce is amazing. This is without a doubt the best fried chicken I've ever had ANYWHERE, PERIOD! I would also recommend ordering SEASON FRIES, so good its actually addicting. I will for sure be a regular customer here because no place can beat this!

Tried the new burger. It tasted good but was on the smaller end, wish it was bigger sized. There are chicken sandwich places around that are cheaper and have bigger patties. Their fries and donuts were great. Service was excellent.

The food and atmosphere was amazing! I really recommend the soy garlic wings and the bulgogi fried rice. In terms of pricing, this bonchon is the least expensive bonchon i’ve been to around the dmv area. Around 1-3 dollars less for some items compared to other bonchons. I really recommend this specific bonchon because of the staff that work there and their excellent service. The two workers on 12/20 during lunch time were very friendly and welcoming when I came in to eat. And every time before i would see them, they would be very kind to me and patient when I asked them questions about the menu. Overall I really recommend this bonchon to anyone who loves korean fried chicken and korean food in general!

Korean fried chicken is no stranger to the food scene in the American diet. This chain is doing us all a great favor by serving a superb alternative to Popeyes or simple southern fried chicken joints. The biggest issue I'd have is the bibimbap that doesn't come with traditional Korean pickled vegetable sides - what gives! Hey Bonchon, don't settle and don't cave using Americanized ingredients on your Korean iconic dish! I stand hesitant in even submitting this review for rather peculiar reason. Bonchon South Riding is hidden..... so hidden that for the first time in my life, I got to eat at a restaurant like the entire space is reserved just for me. Is this how the obscenely-powerful or uber-famous people dine and how it feels? It's not a dining option actually offered by Bonchon as it's a side-effect of doing tremendous takeout business. I think we saw 10-20 takeout orders during my entire time dining in. Ok back to the chicken. It's delicious, I need not say anything more and remember not to compromise on the bibimbap or any other iconic dish.

The food is delicious! The popcorn chicken and slider apps are amazing! The half & half wings are really good. I got garlic & spicy. You can literally hear the crunch from the chicken!!! I’d definitely come again.
